In 2009 Castle Fine Arts is once again the transport sponsors for Wales at the Venice Biennale; continuing the working partnership that began in 2005. The Venice Biennale is the most important event in the international contemporary arts calender with over 70 nations now being represented. John Cale, one of the founders of Velvet Underground, is representing Wales in 2009 with a new audio visual work. The exhibitions that make up the 2009 Venice Biennale continue at various locations across Venice until 22nd November.
